Responsibilities:
• To maintain Good Laboratory Practices and Safety polices in the laboratory.
• To ensure compliance to the requirements of policy and procedures on Data integrity.
• To maintain the assigned laboratory workplace.
• Receipt and registration of In-process finished product and Cleaning Verification samples.
• Maintenance and upkeep of AR. No. register.
• Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of Sample storage area.
• Analysis and reporting of In-process, Cleaning Verification, Finished product samples.
• Reporting of Deviations, Chromatographic errors, Non-Chromatographic errors Out of Action/Alert Limits
and LIR (If any) and timely completion of Analytical Reports to adhere to Production schedules.
Instrument handled:
• Dissolution Tester (Hanson).
• UV-Visible Spectrophotometer (Shimadzu).
• pH Meter (Thermo fisher Scientific).
Test Performed:
• Dissolution by UV-Visible Spectrophotometer and HPLC.
• Capable to perform Content Uniformity of Dosage unit and Assay test.
• Identification BY UV- Visible Spectrophotometer and Thin Layer Chromatography.
• Assisted in IR analysis and Physical Test: Hardness, Friability, and Disintegration.
