Job Description

Job Purpose :

  • Ensuring the generation of demands at a retail level to push sales at the stockiest end at the area level.
  • Driving annual and quarterly targets timely and ensuring teams performance

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate/MBA preferred
  • Age: Less than 35 years
  • Managerial Experience (Team Size: 4-8)
  • Experience in a managerial or equivalent role for 3+ years with two geographies/ At least 1+ years as ABM
  • Geography experience: At least 3 years in the same geography (Managerial experience)
  • Communication skills
  • Good proficiency in English and local language
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to interpret and draw insights from data
  • Sales Channel Exposure (At least 2): GT(Chemists), Rx (Pharma stockiest), Modern Trade (MT), Distributor (OTC/Pharma/FMCG) Mandatory, SS (Super stockiest), Wholesale, Generics (Gx)

Specialty experience: Exposure to Generics/FMCG/OTC Industry required, the experience of managing distributor/ stockiest (at least 2 yrs.+)

Other Skillset

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to analyze & interpret data and make the presentation
  • Team Management skills
  • Range selling
