Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Drive the sales team to Achievement of Sales Targets
2. Review activities, sales, and other parameters with respect to KRAs of Medical
Representatives to ensure that it is achieved within the defined timeframe.
3. Ensure effective implementation of company sales and marketing policies and strategies to
meet the objective
4. Regularly meet the key customers and KOLs.
5. Facilitate and develop strong relationships with Doctors, stockiest, chemists, trade partners, other associations, and key influencers of his / her zone.
6. Ensure the region’s development as a profit Centre by analyzing reasons for variance and guiding the sales team.
7. Periodic sales targets review and address the shortfall in achieving these targets and take corrective action.
8. To recruit, train and develop the reporting teams.
Desired Candidate Profile:
We are looking for someone with 2+ years as ASM. Should have working experience in the same territory.
