Job Description

Purpose

  • Achieve regional business goals through execution excellence of marketing strategies, influencing external stakeholders, especially in Rural Markets, and building team capabilities in terms of knowledge, skill, and efficiency in the region.
Required Education:
  • Graduate
Minimum Experience:
  • At least 4-5 years of experience as a PSR (MR) / 1-2 years of ASM experience in a reputed Pharma company.
  • Consistent performance is a must
  • Prior exposure in Rural Sales/Rural Markets would be added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales ACHIEVEMENT – In order to achieve the business objectives of the whole region.
  • Plan for business achievement through:
  • Ensuring budget achievement:
  • Therapy wise
  • Product wise
  • Brand wise
  • Understanding customer needs and effective execution of processes (RCPA, Doctor Call, Doctor Coverage, CRM, Strategy Implementation, etc)
  • New Product Sales Achievement
  • Provides market data/intelligence to PMT (Pre-Launch)
  • Identify and Prepares the Customer List for Launch Product based on RCPA
  • Trains the team on Marketing communication
  • Ensures follow-up and provides feedback to PMT on Post launch of Products
  • Ensures achievement of the budget of his team
  • Field Activities – In order to ensure the right frequency of interaction with customers and implement business strategies continuously.
  • Call Coverage (CC)
  • Self-Call Coverage
  • Core call coverage
  • CRM/ CME Activities
  • ROI on CRM investment
  • Directly responsible for sales from 50 CRM customers
  • People Development – In order to ensure competent people go to meet customers and help build organizational capability.
  • Inventory Management at the Stockist level
