Job Description

  • Preferably should have OTC/FMCG product selling experience.
  • Distributor appointment and management.
  • Achieving Sales targets.
  • Monitoring daily secondary targets of the team.
  • Should be able to analyze the reports and come up with an action plan.
  • Review secondary primary during the weekly meeting.
  • Focus on horizontal & vertical distribution.
  • Controlling damaged stock as per the Company norms.
  • Promotion of the Company’s products in the area allotted to you to achieve or exceed the target.
  • Productivity, development, and discipline of your team of Territory Managers.
  • Business prospecting to expand the business of the Company and safeguard the Company’s business interest in the area.
  • You will be supervising the activities of your Territory Managers based in your area.
