Deputy General Manager – Corporate Office Mumbai

• HR Transformation & Organization Design:

  • Diagnose, design, delivery, and deployment if organization design initiatives
  • Work closely with Business leaders to identify and assess function-specific organization design projects to enhance both operating effectiveness and productivity
  • Identification f linkages from organization design initiatives to culture and learning; connecting and co-creating solutions with TA, LnOD, and HRBPs

• Workforce Planning:

  • Partner with HR & business teams to define optimal manpower distribution.
  • Work closely with the business to ensure adherence to plan and objectively updating manpower plan in line with business changes
  • Drive realization of target FTE benefits and business impact
  • Embrace several sources of insights and combine those into a single source of truth (HRIS system, Talent Acquisition System, Contract Management, Business case, Financial plans, Headcount reporting, Continuous improvement, etc.)
  • Keep track of functional headcount plans
  • Maintain consistency and integrity of unique job roles

• Project Management:

  • Work with COEs and HRBPs to design, plan and implement global HR transformation and improvement projects
  • Benchmark HR best practices wherever required
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and hierarchical levels to enable buy-in and feedback
