Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Training & Development

  • Prepare Training schedule with respect to Training needs.
  • Training Implementation Facilitation /Administration / Maintenance
  • Evaluation of Training
  • Cover all levels of employees in the Training programme in line with the set aspiration
  • Ensure optimum utilisation of the Training Budget
  • Plan & Co-ordinate Skill Development programme.
  • Co-ordination of various technical academies and ensure that the programme should go smoothly

Employee Engagement :

  • Induction programme for new employees.
  • Structured connect
  • Employee engagement calendar
  • Outbound activities Suggestion and Tracker, Picnic allowance etc.
  • Social activities like a family gatherings, celebrations of festivals, Safety week, Annual day, sports day etc
  • Employee suggestion scheme / quick responses
  • Marriage Gift Cheque preparation and change nomination activities.
  • Rewards & Recognition as a motivation to employees.
  • Prepare MIS for the above activities.
  • Birthday List Preparation


Desired Candidate Profile:

– 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

– Flexible to relocate to Kurkumbh (Near Pune)
