Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • HR Manpower Planning, Budgeting Assist in the budgeting process of all HR items (Manpower costs, Opex Costs) and headcount for Global Operations & Quality functions. Monitor, check, and tally Budget Vs. Actual, monthly MPC projections & location-wise trend analysis. Close budget transfers/ Unbudgeted but approved positions approvals, new position creations
  • PMS & ACR – Drive Annual Compensation Review (ACR) for the BU. Drive closures across various stages of PMS with regular dashboards. Compilation of Final Ratings/Promotion/Market Correction proposals across sites. Conduct pre and post-ACR checks & validations.
  • MIS & Reporting- Monthly HR deck for Ops MIS, C&B MIS, and Quarterly Global MIS for HR & COG. Provide regular reporting for all relevant stakeholders in terms of headcount, vacancies, attrition analysis, and any other areas of interest related to HR
  • Long Range Planning Assist in Headcount & Manpower Cost past trend analysis and future projections basis location wise manpower requirement.
  • President Club – Responsible for preparation of eligible list, finalization of score sheets, PC pay-outs, and attrition analysis of PC Members. Provide support for felicitation of events at sites.
  • HR System Support – As BU SPOC supports any data/report retrieval from or upload in HR systems, employee mapping changes are to be done in the system.
  • Recruitment Collate and analyze weekly hiring requirements across sites vis–vis budgeted costs & coordinate with the C&B team for approvals.
  • Support India & Overseas HRBPs of the BU on various processes, system training, and other Adhoc requirements and data support
