The Company is having a strong presence in segments of OTC products, Stationery, and Clothing across the country. The company is looking forward to an enthusiastic candidate for the below position.

Position: General Manager (International Sales & Marketing)

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing

Experience: 7-10  years of Relevant Experience

CTC Range: 14-24 Lacs, no constraints for an outstanding candidate

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand business in international markets, while working independently and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Drive business development activities, ensuring business growth, conducting thorough market research and analysis, and generating revenue.
  • Generate leads, identify and engage prospects, create compelling proposals, and negotiate pricing to secure business opportunities.
  • Utilize expertise in selling FMCG, Perfumes/ Deodorants, personal care range like skin care, Shampoo, Diapers and Sanitary Napkins, Herbal tea & beverages, and ayurvedic pharma products to achieve sales targets.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of export business terms and protocols.
  • Negotiate with clients to maximize profit and secure favorable business deals.
  • Formulate business strategies and market approaches to facilitate effective business development.
  • Develop strategic market plans, including business plans and sales strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through regular meetings, and identifying sales and business development opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and value chains to support marketing efforts.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle and take responsibility for deal closures.
  • Demonstrate a competitive approach to winning business from both strategic and tactical perspectives.
  • Manage existing client relationships efficiently, while actively seeking new opportunities, collaborating closely with the technical team to achieve company objectives.
  • Travel to various countries as required for business development purposes.
  • Proven track record in international business development and sales, with a focus on International Market.
  • Strong experience in selling FMCG, Perfumes/ Deodorants, personal care, foods, beverages, and ayurvedic pharma products.
  • Excellent knowledge of export business terms, protocols, and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop effective business strategies and market approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to create winning proposals and successfully negotiate pricing.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
