Job Description
Purpose:
Drive the institutional & corporate hospitals business by creating KOL/KBL customer hold from the Diagnostics market and handling competition and identifying the market dynamics in order to generate annual business of 50-70lacs through customer engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify institutional KOL/KBL MSL through effective customer profiling
- Responsible for engagement and development of KOL/KBL customers
- Develop team through various pieces of training on brand development and therapy initiatives
- Responsible for generating business from KOL & KBL customers
- Analyse business analytics to explore market trends and develop strategies to compete with competitors
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good communication, & Presentation skills & Good sound knowledge in the Diagnostics domain.
- 3-9 Years’ sales experience in Diagnostic sales
- Should have exposure to diagnostics devices and reagents
- Individual Contributor role
- Geography coverage: Pune
