Job Description


Drive the institutional & corporate hospitals business by creating KOL/KBL customer hold from the Diagnostics market and handling competition and identifying the market dynamics in order to generate annual business of 50-70lacs through customer engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  •  Identify institutional KOL/KBL MSL through effective customer profiling
  • Responsible for engagement and development of KOL/KBL customers
  • Develop team through various pieces of training on brand development and therapy initiatives
  • Responsible for generating business from KOL & KBL customers
  • Analyse business analytics to explore market trends and develop strategies to compete with competitors

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good communication, & Presentation skills & Good sound knowledge in the Diagnostics domain.
  • 3-9 Years’ sales experience in Diagnostic sales
  • Should have exposure to diagnostics devices and reagents
  • Individual Contributor role
  • Geography coverage: Pune
