Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handling the entire Recruitment from junior level to senior level
  • Sourcing through multiple channels like Referrals, Job Portals, Mass-mailing, Job Posting & Online social networks
  • Pr-Screening of the profiles, Conducting Telephonic & in-person Interviews.
  • Collect documents, take HR interviews & salary negotiation, etc.
  • Offer Letter Generation & Coordination / Pre joining engagement with the candidates till successful onboarding.

Experience: – 0-2 Years

CTC – Negotiable

Job Location: – Gurgaon

Working Days: 5 Days/Week (No Work from Home)

Qualification: MBA/PGDM
