Job Description
- Define the required objectives in consultation with Senior Managers
- Distribute the workload and create monitoring dashboards
- Communicate proactively with Senior Managers
- Follow up on decisions taken at meetings
- Ensure the development, leadership, coaching, and mentoring of the team
- Manage resources, operating anomalies related to equipment, and materials
- Incorporate the projected schedule based on attendance and absences
- Manage the follow-up on compliance, completeness, and timeliness of projects
- Manage the relationship with customers
- Identify and coordinate specific or complex requests
- Detect and report anomalies to Senior Managers
- Contribute to change management improvement activities
- Perform transactional activities and call management
Basic Qualifications:
- We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ job-related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Graduate degree in Administration/Secretarial or equivalent experience
- Expertise in personnel administration (social secretariat, personnel administration, etc.)
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- Good oral and written communication
- Ability to master the use of various software programs to optimize resources
- Ability to plan and organize your time to work efficiently
- Recognize and adapt to change and evolution
- Work and collaborate with others in a “Team Spirit” atmosphere
- Develop constructive working relationships with clients and listen to their customer needs
