Job Description

  • Define the required objectives in consultation with Senior Managers
  • Distribute the workload and create monitoring dashboards
  • Communicate proactively with Senior Managers
  • Follow up on decisions taken at meetings
  • Ensure the development, leadership, coaching, and mentoring of the team
  • Manage resources, operating anomalies related to equipment, and materials
  • Incorporate the projected schedule based on attendance and absences
  • Manage the follow-up on compliance, completeness, and timeliness of projects
  • Manage the relationship with customers
  • Identify and coordinate specific or complex requests
  • Detect and report anomalies to Senior Managers
  • Contribute to change management improvement activities
  • Perform transactional activities and call management

Basic Qualifications:

  • We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ job-related experience


Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Graduate degree in Administration/Secretarial or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in personnel administration (social secretariat, personnel administration, etc.)
  • Ability to manage and develop a team
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Ability to master the use of various software programs to optimize resources
  • Ability to plan and organize your time to work efficiently
  • Recognize and adapt to change and evolution
  • Work and collaborate with others in a “Team Spirit” atmosphere
  • Develop constructive working relationships with clients and listen to their customer needs
