Job Description

  • Managing Recruitments
  • Liasioning with HR with Multiple Employee Engagement Activities like Birthdays, Festival Celebrations, Offsite Office Lunch, etc.
  • Daily Downloading and Analysing Attendance data for all Employees and Highlighting Concerns
  • Supervising all Employees whether they follow office Policies and Highlighting any Breach
  • Highlighting any Concerns Raised/Mentioned by Employees to HR
  • Any other task as may be assigned by management from time to time
