Job Description

Role Summary:

The role holder will develop the strategic roadmap for the identification, segmentation, development, and engagement of current and emerging institutions in the country. (S)He will shape the market and partner with HCPs to address near and long-term objectives relevant to ensuring seamless identification, diagnosis, and treatment adherence, thereby facilitating a holistic disease management experience. (S)he will partner with the Category Lead, serving as an SME and trusted advisor on planning, building, and aligning appropriate engagement solutions and opportunities within top institutes. 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • The role holder will act as a functional expert and build proactive strategies to drive engagement on educational & scientific content for a variety of diseases burdens in Inflammation, Immunology, Rare Diseases, and Vaccines.
  • The individual will exhibit strong industry knowledge, as well as have hands-on expertise on multiple topics related to the product, therapy, business processes, HEOR, etc.
  • Will be required to develop a strong value proposition (HCP/ Patients/ Pricing/ Data) based on customer insights for specialized medication-specific support, that can go directly to Institute/customer
  • Will be responsible for top institutes and shaping efforts in these accounts,  identifying decision-making and influencing network (within and those impacting the institutes), and developing a Value proposition (HCP/ Patients/ Pricing/ Data) for specialized medication-specific support, that can go directly to Institute/customer.
  • (S)He will be expected to identify bottlenecks in delivering a consistent customer experience and develop innovative approaches to build strong, compliance connections with Pfizer SMEs and other resources in the organization.
  • Expected to bring deep insights into customer preferences through various approaches, thereby enabling relevant content and channel identification and deployment for an ideal customer experience.
  • Will work with the Corporate Channel Lead and other stakeholders to attain improved patient outcomes through HCP and patient education and services enabled by deep scientific expertise to HCPs in large, high-stakes Corporate Hospitals
  • Will provide insights to appropriate stakeholders to improve service provided to the customer along with design expertise.
  • Will be expected to provide inputs to create awareness and shape patient access initiatives (Commercial only) applying insights learned from customer journeys on the therapy.
  • Build a comprehensive dashboard that would serve as an indicator of the health of the customer/account. Advise based on insights to build relevant interventions, have them approved, and execute through a team of HSPs.
  • Will be expected to manage and lead a team of HSPs, acting as a strong coach and guiding and navigating the team through complex situations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in a science-related discipline
  • Management and marketing experience is strongly recommended
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech or medical/marketing/sales management experience with focus on customer centric behaviour or Key Account Management, and demonstrated team management experience.
