Job Description

  • To ensure line clearance in all plants
  • In-process QA Checks
  • Coordination for despatch clearance
  • Preparation and review of LMR/ BPR
  • To verify the stability chamber working status on a daily basis
  • Daily visit to engineering area- purified water plant and verification
  • Checking of routine records, log books, online LMRs, etc.,
  • Monitoring of sampling by QC/ Microbiology
  • To ensure pest control documents
  • To issue the under-test labels, cable ties, and anchor locks.
  • Document management and control
  • Coordination with engineering during AHU and equipment qualification
  • Coordination in preparation of APQR
  • Preparation of MFR
  • Preparation of process validation protocol and reportsCoordination for utility validations, qualification activity, and documentation
  • Periodic verification of calibration & preventive maintenance program and checking of reports
  • Coordination with engineering team for preparation of protocol and report compilation of temperature mapping activity.

Qualification: MS/M.Sc(Science) in Organic Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry, Chemistry
