Job Description

  • Responsible for a Good Hygiene base Business with an objective of Brand Promotion, Implementation, and Execution of strategies effectively.
  • Prepare proper Standard Tour Plan as well as Monthly Tour Plan and maintain the same.
  • Pre-call Planning and Post call analysis is must required for any successful productive call.
  • Understanding the need of doctors and acting accordingly.
  • Always demand Rx after any fruitful conversion.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual secondary planning.
  • Proper implementation of divisional strategies given by management.
  • Take ownership of his own territory in terms of account/doctor conversion.
  • Visit the stockiest weekly sales monitor.
  • Near-Expiry / Dumped stock liquation plan and execution through the team.
  • New territory Development.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills with very good product knowledge.
  • Should possess Professional manners and etiquette.
  • Should be honest with his/her organization.
  • Good relation with K.B.L/K.O.L of his territory.
  • Very thorough with detailing, products USPs.
  • Bulls Eye on Competitors in terms of activity, product launch, etc
