Job Description
Job Purpose
- To create and lead the transformation agenda and best-in-class supply chain practices for the Function by optimizing processes through automation & technology adoption, capability enhancement, and institutionalization of best practices to improve performance, profitability, and increased cost savings and thereby contribute in achieving the Function goals
Accountabilities
- Implement the process of SCM transformation by identifying & prioritizing initiatives and ensuring the achievement of deliverables as per the agreed timelines
- Institutionalization of best practices across the Function to improve performance and achieve Function goals
- Translate technology strategy and decisions into agreed programs and deliver transformation objectives to achieve the medium and long-term Function goals
- Drive capability-building initiatives in the Function that address the capability gaps and result in tangible organizational and professional development outcomes
- Drive Project Management & governance of transformation initiatives
Education Qualification
Post Graduate in Management in SCM or Operations
Relevant Work Experience
8-10 Years of experience in Supply Chain in the Pharma industry
