Assistant Manager / Manager – Administration Department

  • Ensuring timely bookings and confirmations are delivered to Managers/Guests/Field Staff within the budget limit.
  • Hotel Bookings for the Employees and Guests.
  • Travel Bookings for the Employees and Guests.
  • Booking of Guest House & Training Halls for Training Programs.
  • Negotiation with Hotels/Travel Vendors Pan India basis.
  • Contract Signed vendors for BTC – Pan India.
  • Air Travel Bookings & Billings.
  • Ensuring timely payments to the vendors.
Looking for Candidate :
  • Having experience of at least 4 to 6 years in Hospitality profile.
  • Having experience in Hotels and Cab Booking along with Bill processing.

Job Location : Mumbai (Kandivli)
