Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Analytics, Dashboard & Insights :
  • Drive Data-based decision-making by providing actionable insights/analytics such as :
    • To identify areas of opportunity and growth from external and internal databases
    • To arrive at the root cause for weak territories from analysis of data of the market
    • To provide dashboards (sales, Rx) as needed (monthly and quarterly)
    • To provide insights from the data presented To provide insights into the business outcomes based on the correlation between visits, promo spends, Rxs, and growth
  • Competitive insights in any changes in WTP from external data (geography, discounts, Rx, specialty cover, etc)
  • Areas of improvement and strengths vs the competition
  • Create dashboards of various levels and data points to be consumed by the Sales, marketing, and leadership team. Building and implementing data solutions to drive descriptive & diagnostic Analytics.
  • Assess current tools and enhancements to improve flexibility and sustainability.
  • Timely input to top management on Competitive Landscape, Portfolio Analysis, Pricing Initiatives, etc.
  • Support to Business Development team to provide data and insights on therapeutic segments as needed

Business performance evaluation/ review / MIS :

Coordinate with various functions and collect, and collate data; in order to:

  • Prepare and present a Sales performance review (sales, profitability, promotional expenses, etc.)
  • Initiate discussions to suggest and plan next steps Participate in business discussions to provide inputs around feasibility and future prospects for:
  • New geographical markets
  • New products/ therapy areas
  • New customers Review and Provide analytics/insights on MIS reports (sales, secondary sales, inventory, etc.) on a periodic basis

Present and discuss select (key) reports with business teams in order to plan the next steps
