Job Description

  • Digital Marketing Lead, Content and Social Media Strategy, Employer Branding.
  • Solely responsible for assessing, activating & optimizing digital marketing efficiencies across 17 divisions.
  • Deploying the digital strategy roadmap for the Domestic Formulations business evaluating brand plans, and annual budgets, and devising an omnichannel strategy.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of various mediums by developing ROI metrics for each campaign. Track ROI as per the defined metrics and optimize media mix accordingly.
  • Leveraging existing tools and databases for wider reach. Exploring the possibility of localizing communication to enable content curation with influencers.
  • Building brand voice on relevant social media channels. Devising a strategy to build brand recall and brand consideration through organic media. Creating creative and compelling content for audiences across all platforms.
  • Identifying the new sources of growth like Doctor network platforms to target HCPs in order to accelerate growth and create a niche audience.
  • Collaborating with e-pharmacies for a long-term content plan to reach out to end users directly with accurate targeting and develop a sales funnel.
  • Leading the channel vertical to develop a retention model for 6 divisions using digital media.
