Job Description

Role Purpose:

The incumbent is expected to provide HR Support to multiple commercial business units with moderate to high complexity and partner with relevant peers/stakeholders/leaders to manage all employee life cycle-related processes and deliver appropriate and relevant HR advice.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the relevant managers and stakeholders, and build credible relationships to drive and enable sustainable business performance
  • Ensure high performance and consistent delivery of the relevant people agenda by building effective working relationships with HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, Ops, C&B, L&D & Talent), peers, and leaders within the function.
  • Provide appropriate and relevant HR advice in managing employee life cycle events and transactions, ensuring that this is aligned to the overarching HR and Pfizer philosophy and governance process.
  • Manage people processes including annual performance management, and talent reviews to ensure levels of capabilities and performance to meet current and future requirements of the business.
  • Coach and work with people managers and leaders to proactively manage matters related to employee relations. Ensure that guidance is aligned with applicable statutes and Pfizer governance process.
  • Support the change management for organizational changes and provide appropriate solutions to the Business Unit

This is an Individual Contributor role.

Organizational Relationship:

  • Peers and Senior Leaders within Human Resources
  • Peers and Leaders from COEs across Talent, Compensation, and Operations
  • Mid – Senior stakeholders for the assigned business units, and across functions (Legal, Finance, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA/Post-Graduate in HR with strong 5 to 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Experience working in industries like Pharma/Healthcare, Telecom, Insurance, Alco-Bev, Insurance, and Retail can apply.
  • A COE stint would be an added benefit
