Job Purpose

Drive the marketing function of the division to achieve top-line and bottom-line targets of the division with healthy Sales to Expense ratio


  • Create & Monitor Marketing & Sales plans to meet divisional goals in terms of top-line and bottom-line (Quantitative)
  • Guide and drive key promotional / therapy campaigns to enable the achievement of divisional objectives
  • Propose product pipeline to BU Heads for building a future portfolio of the division
  • Train and develop team members with regards to domain expertise for taking up future responsibilities in the division
Education Qualification

MBA + B Pharma (B Sc.)

Relevant Work Experience

10 years in a related specialty
