Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Drive the institutional & corporate hospitals business by creating KOL/KBL customer hold from the injectable & intensive care market and handling competition and identifying the market dynamics to generate annual business of 50-70lacs through customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify institutional KOL/KBL MSL through effective customer profiling
- Responsible for engagement and development of KOL/KBL customers
- Develop team through various training on brand development and therapy initiatives
- Responsible for generating business from KOL & KBL customers
- Analyze business analytics to explore market trends and develop strategies to compete with competitors
Essentials
- Age: Should be less than 29years
- Qualification: B.Pharm/B.Sc
- Previous number of Job Changes: Maximum of 3
- Communication: Good in communication and ability to present in front of stakeholders
Relevant experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in the sales function of a pharmaceutical organization in the following areas:
- Injectable basket handling (Intensive care portfolio)
- Critical Care Experience is mandatory
- Injectables/Antibiotics
– Individual contributor role
Geography exposure to South Chennai is required
Educational qualifications: B.Sc./B. Pharma only
Relevant experience:
- Experience in the Rheumatology/Dermatology/Orthopedics Segment is a must
- Should have worked with Corporate hospitals
- 5-6 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. Age less than 34 yrs. old
- It is an Individual contributor role and not an ABM role
- Pleasant and confident body language with excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with people, adaptable to different situations as required
