Job Description

Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive- Tech Transfer/Process Eng

Experience ~ 3 to 10 years.

Qualification: BE – Chemical Engineering
Both candidates have production experience and relevant experience in process engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare process flow chart, and P&IDs. Carry out and study the mass and heat transfer calculations.
  • To work on capacity debottlenecking/enhancement projects for allocated products.
  • To have basic design knowledge of Distillation columns, condensers, Piping & Mixing.
  • To identify areas of cost reduction and carry out all functions in a cost-effective manner as well as to assist plant operations for efficiency improvement programs for cost reduction and productivity improvements.
  • Work on solvent recovery areas and improve recovery efficiency and also identify newer solvents for recovery and reuse.
  • Working on PSD improvement activities.
