Job Description

Multiple Operators Openings in Gufic in Navsari

Role & responsibilities:

Production Operator – 10 Vacancies:
  • Responsible to Operate vial / Ampoule filling and sealing machine
  • Responsible to operate the PFS machine
  • Knowledge about Vial and Ampoule washing machine
  • Knowledge of Lyophilization products and their loading and unloading activity
  • Knowledge for Snowbell/trucking / Teflon machine operation
  • Knowledge of Track and Trace machine operation for the printing of cartons
  • Knowledge of vial / Ampoule labeling machine
  • Knowledge of Blister machine

Water System – 10 Vacancies:
  • Knowledge of Water systems i.e. water generation and distribution and its operation and total utility area
  • Water system preventative maintenance
  • Knowledge of Purified water system
  • Knowledge of Steam Sterilization equipment and Dehydrogenation Ovens
Lyophilization / Freeze Drying department – 10 Vacancies
  • Knowledge to operates Freeze Drying / lyophilized machines
  • Knowledge of Lyo machine operation and its maintenance
  • Knowledge to attend any breakdown of Lyo
  • Knowledge of CIP and SIP

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Having Knowledge of Pharma
  • Good Understanding and Communication

Qualification: ITI/Diploma/B.Sc
