Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership, direction, and coordination of entire plant activities. Establish priorities and implement strategies.
  • Assure plant operation is in compliance with local and organizational quality policies, cGMP, and all applicable regulatory rules and regulations. In addition, ensure any exports comply with all quality and regulatory requirements in customer countries.
  • Develop and administer plans and programs to meet manufacturing objectives and financial plans, in accordance with division policies and goals, marketing forecasts, quality · requirements, and budgetary targets a. Establish policies, guidelines, and procedures for the development of operational objectives, budgets, plans, and central procedures.
  • Demonstrate accountability and responsibility for EHS performance and compliance through active participation and support of organizations’ EHS programs. Assure compliance with local regulations and the organization’s EHS policies, rules, and laws, and be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Actively promote the concept and application of continuous improvement programs (CIP) in all areas of the facility
  • Implement Site and Divisions Reward and Recognition programs and communication with all employees.
  • Demonstrate the use of Abbott values.

Candidates with strong experience/knowledge about Pharma Industry and compliance are desired.
