Job Description

Process Incharge/Sr Process Incharge – International Business

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for order book tracking
  • Responsible to share Daily/weekly/monthly reports for business activities to the department head
  • Responsible for dispatch monitoring
  • Responsible for Production monitoring
  • Responsible for Budget preparation
  • Country-wise / Therapy wise / Product wise analyses – Plan vs actual – Budget/ Profitability etc.
  • Responsible for preparing & maintain market data analyses – (1) Secondary sales monitoring and analyses (2) Export data analyses (3) Competitors analyses etc.
  • Various Agreement data management
  • Responsible for the Preparation of sales data
  • Responsible for Designing and making of PPTs

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Good knowledge and expertise in MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint for MIS activity
  • Hands-on experience in MIS preparation/operations
  • Good knowledge of SAP is preferred
  • Should have good analytical skill
  • Good communication skills with control of English language speaking/writing
  • Should have good presentation skills

Qualification: Graduation, Post Graduation

Experience: 3 – 8 years
