Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing business plans/ market strategies for the products within the assigned portfolio.
- Making a Brand plan, Brand strategy & competitor analysis of the brands.
- Planning & timely delivery of promotional inputs.
- Identifying the opportunities for market share growth.
- Provide direction, and motivation to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance. • Ensuring marketing strategy implementation.
- Conducting meetings, Product launches, and organizing CMEs.
