Job Description
- Candidate shall be responsible for preparation of marketing mix, design and implementation of successful marketing strategies, scanning of the market for identification & expansion into various therapies, and identification of potential candidates whilst maximizing current portfolio in various stages through appropriate line extensions.
- The candidate will coordinate in achieving the budgeted targets and market shares by sustaining high-volume brands,
- Development/ Usage of communication strategy & tools
- Explore/ Identify potential market segments & new frontiers
- Training of sales force for implementation of promotional strategy,
- Review the effectiveness of strategies, tools, etc
- Formulation & Execution of Products/Therapies Promotion & Marketing Strategies & Budget:
- Promotion Plans and Communication Strategies
- STP for product sand USPs
- Preparing brand plans & conceptualization and execution of various campaigns
- Planning & Preparation of promotional inputs
- Equipping the field force with the required product knowledge and promotional tools
- Gives direction to the product in all key areas such as brand name selection, pricing, pack development, promotion, positioning, input planning, media selection, etc
- To carry out regular fieldwork to know about the impact of strategies implemented, product positioning
- To analyze brand perceptions among the customers.
Required Candidate profile:
- Should have Exposure at least 2-5 years of overall experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in Sales & Marketing
