Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Shall have good knowledge of GMP basic requirements
• Qualification of (IQ/OQ/PQ) of Vial and Ampoule filling machine, LAF, Mobile LAF, Vial capping machine, Area Qualification and Facility Qualification
• Operation of High Speed filling machines along with skills of handling all kinds of interventions, in-process checks, and aseptic preferable
• Responsible for online documentation during batch processing
• Shall capable enough to take action during the breakdown of the machine during operation
• Basic knowledge of SAP systems related to production activities
• Basic knowledge of QMS (Change Control, Deviation, Investigation, and CAPA) related activities
• Responsible for batch performing basic calculations and verification of activities as mentioned in the batch manufacturing record
• To perform CIP/SIP of Manufacturing tank and Filing Tank
• Monitoring and Maintaining temperature, relative humidity, and differential pressure Vial and Ampoule Selection
• To ensure cleaning and operation of the washing machine and depyrogenation tunnel
• To ensure the cleaning and operation of the Homogenizer
• To ensure the operation and calibration of the pH Meter
• To ensure the operation and calibration of the Dissolved Oxygen analyzer
• To ensure cleaning and sterilization of filling and filtration accessories & equipment
• To ensure calculation and verification of RM/PPM in BMR
• To ensure timely batch manufacturing by taking all related precautions

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc

Experience: Min 3 years of Experience as an Officer and Min. 5 years as an Executive
