Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sourcing Excipients/API for developmental projects.
  • Coordination with the product development team to keep track of various projects.
  • Sample seeding from suppliers for project initiation.
  • Coordination with supplier/principal for arranging quality documents.
  • Coordination between internal & external stakeholders for technical query resolution.
  • Coordination and execution starting from PR tracking, PO conversion, and material delivery to payment release.
  • Tracking and resolution of regulatory queries.

Desired Knowledge & Skills:

Software knowledge 

SAP

– Excel, PPT (MS office)

– Outlook

MIS :
  • – PR tracking, delivery tracking
  • – Weekly reports
  • – Project tracking reports

Desirable Qualification: Postgraduation

Experience: 2-7 years
