Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the marketing of the Dental/ Oral Care range with the help of a team of qualified pharma professionals and for exploring the new business opportunities
  • Drives Implementation of the promotional activities
  • Team management, achieving and tracking sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Having 10-15 years of experience in the Dental/ Oral Care Segment
  • 3-4 years of managerial/ people management skills
  • Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates initiative and ready to take challenges
  • Demonstrates understanding of current selling environment
  • Develops trust, respect, and a working relationship with customers
  • Graduate, preferably science/ pharma graduate, management postgraduate
