Opening for the position of Regional Sales Manager (2nd Line) at

Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales of responsible TMs & DTMs
  • Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
  • Provide guidance to sales advisors’ daily, monthly, and quarter work plans in accordance with the formulated strategies
  • Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and QPA target are met
  • Identify and suggest new field staff into the team focusing on strong sales competencies and ensure that they perform well through coaching and monitoring skill
  • Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate Territory Manager’s performance
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of the company’s products
  • Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer base including top doctors, chemists, hospitals, and institutional business
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps, area managers and to team as a whole
  • Allocating work areas to territory managers & DTM’s
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures, Collecting customer feedback and market research, Keeping up to date with products and competitors, and preparing monthly reports on the same
