Currently, we have an opening for a Regional Sales Manager (2nd Line) based at Nagpur HQ (Team : 3 + 15) with our Cardio-Diabetic Segment covering Nagpur, Akola, and Aurangabad.
- Monitoring And Controlling Sales & Marketing Activities
- Training To The Field Staff Effectively Conceptualizing And Developing Product Positioning Primary and secondary sales
- Ensuring consistency in sales Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members
- Driving team members to the achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level
- Managing CFA Ensuring timely reporting through the team in company-prescribed formats
- Involvement in the competency-based recruitment process and coordination with RSM, ZSM, GM, and Zonal HR for the same
Negotiation skills, Co-ordination, leadership, problem-solving, result orientation, Analytical ability, Team Building capability, Interpersonal skills, Computer literate
Note: Candidates having Cardio-Diabetic Products experience is MUST.
