Job Description

  • Comprehensive knowledge of training needs assessment, forecast, planning, developing, training, implementing & administering learning & development initiatives
  • Hands-on experience in structuring classroom, virtual instructor-led, and Online training.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the induction training program imparted and provide relevant reports to measure training effectiveness.
  • Coaching sales representatives and area managers based on their performance.
  • Identify and tabulate the training needs of the field force in the zone by attending predefined meetings in the zone.
  • To handle the multiple territories for training purposes
  • To demonstrate excellent training delivery skills for the audience from the front line to middle management
  • To organize and conduct induction training, refresher training & behavioral training

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should have a minimum of 6+ years experience in a Pharma Company.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Must be proactive, self-driven, and energetic.
  • Must be a quick thinker, Extrovert, team player, enthusiastic, active listener, and learning attitude.
  • Candidates only from the Pharma company would be given preference.
  • Candidate needs to travel min. 15 days in a month
