Job Description:

Position-1: In-vitro biologist:

Natco Pharma is looking for a dedicated scientist to work on oncology cell-based functional assays.

• M.SC/ M.Pharm /Ph.D. in life sciences or related areas with 5-10 years of drug discovery/ CRO in vitro experience.
• In vitro assay development and optimization of cell-based assay and enzyme-based assay for various targets in the respective therapeutic areas such as immunology/Oncology in the Drug Discovery field.
• Hands-on cell culture experience including primary human cells.
• Experience with molecular, cellular, and biochemical techniques in 96/384 well format
• Ability to plan and execute detailed cell treatment protocols in 96/384-well format.
• Conduct and troubleshoot a wide range of biological/molecular/biochemical assays including, but not limited to cell-based assays, cell lines transfection, ELISAs, 3D assays, HTRF, RT-PCR, Western blotting, microscopy, Experience with screening (Small molecules preferred).
• Desirable-Experience with immunology research-related technologies: human whole blood, PBMCs, T-cells, cytokine assays.
• Responsible for writing of Protocols, uploading of the data, Lab notebook record keeping, and SOP writing.

Position-2: Scientist-Bioanalysis-molecular biology:

• M.SC/ M.tech/ M.Pharm (biochemistry, pharmacology, biotechnology, or related areas) with 5-10 years of drug discovery/ CRO in vitro experience.
• LC-MS/MS and HPLC-UV Analysis for Pharmacokinetic (PK), Toxicology (Tox), Biomarker, Bioavailability (BA), metabolic stability, DMPK/ ADME, and other bioanalytical studies.
• Size exclusion chromatography (SEC)
• Desirable-Biophysical methods, DSF, MST, SPR, and SEC
• Desirable-Molecular biology-western blotting, native gel electrophoresis
• Desirable-Biochemical assay ADP glow assays

Qualification: MS/M.Sc(Science) in Biotechnology, Bio-Chemistry, Chemistry, M.Pharma, Ph.D/Doctorate

Experience: 6-11 Years
