Job Description

Second Line Manager / Sales Manager – State

  • Build and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan after a thorough evaluation of the market scenario in the assigned regions with seniors.
  • Synchronizing the plans with the company’s macro plans/objectives
  • Developing/implementing plans to address needs and increase market share
  • Communicating the same to Area Managers, Executives, and CCs
  • Select effective channel partners (Dealers/Distributors/Retailers/Chemist) for greater market penetration
  • Ensuring execution of the sales plan.
  • Identifying new avenues for the generation of additional revenue
  • Have a clear understanding of the legal and privacy requirements of the product line
  • Achieve assigned business measurements including sales calls, pipeline growth, win rates, average deal size, etc.
  • Coaching and guiding team members in enhancing their performance metrics
  • Maintain Inventory statement of our products from stockiest territory-wise & procure them in advance
  • Keep checking on the expiry date of our products & liquidize them before they expiry
  • To achieve the Sales target of the whole region assigned
  • Foster product/brand loyalty & market coverage through promotional events/launches
  • Convert hospitals in the region to Claris Renal Care products
  • Manage the sales process for an assigned territory/account to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual quotas
  • Support other Sales Managers on opportunities that cross regional boundaries.
  • Identify and sell CRC products and custom solutions to key account decision-makers
  • Generate leads through cold calling, seminar presentations, meetings, and other lead-generation activities
  • Monitor Primary Sales & Secondary sales in the territory
  • Negotiate successful contracts
  • Identify specific, key sales opportunities for the company to aggressively pursue.
  • Keep informed on new products and industry trends pertaining to a specific client(s)
  • Maintaining relations with existing and potential Doctors & Hospitals for continuous business from them and extending high-value-added support both pre-sales and post-sales
  • Provide post-sale service to Doctors & Hospitals including in servicing of product line, plus regular follow-up.
  • Expand the customer list by adding new customers and hospitals.
  • Monitoring the implementation of the strategies
  • Monitoring and feedback on day-to-day activities
  • A critical review of the team at regular intervals
