Job Description

Job Purpose

Manage brands to achieve their targets and qualitative parameters to improve the profitability of Cipla India


I. Develop and Implement a marketing plan to achieve sales targets and improve the profitability of the organization
II. Improve brand qualitative parameters to gain ranking versus a competitor
III. Develop key opinion leader / key business leader to have advocacy for the brand
IV. Propose/ Execute divisional initiatives for better therapy development
V. Interact with different stakeholders for speedy execution of the process.
VI. Assess execution of Divisional/brand strategy at ground level for superior performance compared to competitors

Education Qualification

B.S.C(science)/ B. Pharmacy with MBA in marketing

Relevant Work Experience

4-6 years in brand management
