Job Description

Job Purpose

Identify, deliver and support technology solutions to implement IT strategy and resolve business issues for respective functions to facilitate smooth and efficient business operations

Accountabilities

  • Identify, and recommend the right technology solution by evaluating requirements in line with the IT roadmap to meet business requirements
  • Identify cross-functional solutions which would add synergy to harmonize IT solutions across functions
  • Design, recommend and monitor implementation of specific projects like improving forecast for the business within timelines and budget
  • Provide business as usual support by debottlenecking issues related to business applications as per SLA & budget to enhance user experience
  • Liaise with all internal stakeholders like functions, including business units, information technology department, and external vendors to ensure the right solutions are implemented in Cipla
  • Manage vendors by day-to-day interactions and provide necessary support from Cipla’s side for timely completion of projects and solutions
Education Qualification

Graduate in IT / Computer Science stream OR Graduate in any field, with additional course / PG done in IT / Computer Science stream

Relevant Work Experience

6 years of technology/business function experience should have managed at least 1 end to end IT solution implementation project
