1) To drive various HR interventions/ process and capability-building initiatives in Plant.
2) Design and implement organizational structure and ensure an effective span of control for both plants.
3) Study the workforce utilization in production and packing and recommend improvement.
4) Disciplinary action for unauthorized absenteeism and counseling for all chronic absenteeism and counseling for all chronic absentees.
5) Ensure timeliness and completion of the documentation on the performance management process, in terms of departmental/individual objectives, reviews, and annual appraisals.
6) Prepare for queries on the performance management system in the organization and help employees who seek clarifications on the same.
7) Drive the R&R program as per the plan and implement necessary changes with the plant head.
8) Cross-skilling of critical talents.
9) Identify critical roles and critical talent across the functions and implement measures to retain them.
10) Responsible for the overall recruitment process and ensuring manpower requirements are fulfilled as per business needs.
11) Ensure implementation of all HR Policies.
12) Responsible for driving engagement initiatives as per the calendar.
13) Represent HR in audits/inspections.
14) Suggest and implement necessary changes with the approval of the plant head.
15) Design Technical Competency Dictionary for all roles at G13 & above levels
16) Study the gap analysis between the standard and actual competency levels.
17) Propose developmental areas.
18) Visit the shop floor on daily basis to understand the business and employees’ concerns.
19) Understand the concerns of business and suggest improvement wherever possible.
20) Overall management of contractual workers and ensuring proper IR.
21) Liaisoning with external agencies and stakeholders as and when needed

23) Improve operational efficiency, Performance Management, Rewards and Recognition, Optimal staffing levels, and Ensure Compliance, Employee Engagement & Business Partnering.
