Job Description
- Heading Export Logistics documentation Sun West plant ( Pre-Post shipment ) for Regulated Market countries – USA, Japan, R&D, Trading material.
- Vendor management Build strong relations with vendors and his operation team members for further error-free smooth export custom documentation.
- Interaction with the Supply chain team for smooth export documentation.
- Close coordination with the USA importation team. Ensuring error-free export documentation for further import at the destination.
- Coordination with all SPIL / SPML export plants ( BSR Team ) for on-time dispatch.
- Coordination with trade finance team for export banking documents.
- Process vendor bills and close coordination with SSC Team for vendor payment on time.
- Technical side coordination with SAP HANA Team for mapping customer/ material master for smooth and error-free export documentation.
- Independent handling of R&D shipment with the operation. ( All Sun plant / SPARC, Vadodra )
