Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensuring resource planning and the right talent acquisition (recruitment) in the given region for across therapies
- Recruitment – sourcing, selecting, and closing the vacant approved positions with minimum TAT
- Balance the requests from across clusters/therapies and prioritize the hiring plan in discussions with the TA Lead, HRBP, and Zonal HR Heads.
- Create a regional hiring strategy and roadmap which will give us a competitive advantage
- Managing the joining basis, the budget allocated to each therapy/zone/region
- Partner with zonal therapy leads and the regional HRBPs to understand the therapy nuances and requirements which will facilitate targeted hiring
- Own & drive the ideal hiring agenda to help meet the regional needs for as many therapies as possible including niche skill sets if any.
- Partner with Field Leadership Hiring Partners to help close the positions on priorities and within timelines.
- Train managers on Hiring capability building to improve the right selection ratio by Facilitating ICW / interview capability training to the ABMs / RBMS as and when required.
- Responsible for less than 1 Year ATTRITION
- Drive Productivity and Efficiency Adherence to TAT w.r.t Sourcing and Onboarding, ensure the quality of hire across all levels, maintain healthy mix of external & Rehires,
- Talent Management and Succession Planning – Creation of prospective candidates pool against Critical roles
- Drive Engagement & Build Employee Value Proposition at the time of the hiring process
- Data authenticity, System & Process Improvement
- Support the onboarding and induction of new joiners
- Extend all support to the HRBPs, Hub, and Regional HRBPs to support the onboarding & induction plan Own, drive and facilitate induction schedules to onboard the best-in-class talent
- Support and partner HRBP during the Focus Group and/or new joiners connect meetings to get their feedback on the joining experience and take corrective action as needed. Support on campus and ALIVE / SURGE initiatives support the Corporate CoE on the ALIVE/SURGE campus initiatives.
- Partner with HRBPs and Zonal HR Heads, Business Leaders for campus panelsAnalytics, Reporting & MIS• Generate & Provide regular insights and reporting MIS to seniors in the hierarchy and HRBPS.
- Extend support in the respective CFT forums on the region / zonal-specific hiring & vacancy management MIS
- Talent landscape insightsSpecial Projects Set-up• Handle special projects related to other domains in HR, which help build overall skill sets and competence
- Drive execution of projects.
- Drive the end-to-end hiring and setup of any special task force team or any independent formation of a BU in the field wherein in addition to the TM/SBM/HBM, this team will also be responsible for the field leadership hiring.
