Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the recruitment team to source and screening candidates through different portals.
  • Coordinating with prospective candidates for the interview process.
  • Assisting the team in conducting the induction of new joiners.
  • Processing offer letters for candidates as per the requirements.
  • Creating employee codes for new employees.
  • Following up with candidates for joining documents.
  • Conducting research about best practices and current salaries in the respective market.
  • Maintaining recruitment-based MIS & Dashboards from time to time.
  • Performing ad hoc tasks as required.
