Job Description

Job Purpose

To implement the safety agenda across the Unit while complying with statutory requirements to ensure preventive measures and mitigation plans are in place to minimize risks to the workforce and material

Accountabilities

  • Deliver Safety statutory compliance by monitoring legal registers and liaising with government authorities
  • Oversee prevention of safety-related incidences across Unit to ensure stakeholders’ safety
  • Monitor emergency preparedness across Units to minimize the impact of incidences on human and property
Education Qualification
  • BE / B- Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical
  • Post Diploma in Industrial Safety from Any State Govt Recg Institutions / RLI / CLI
Relevant Work Experience:
  • Exposure to the chemical/pharma industry for a minimum of 7-8 years.
  • Worked in the Safety department for minimum of 2 years
