Position Title:  Hospital Business Manager/Therapy Manager

Department:  Vitalis Metabolic Care, Acute

Job Specifications:

Vitalis Metabolic Care:

• 1 to 7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the Metabolic Care segment; Science graduates are preferred

  • Identify institutional KOL/KBL MSL through effective customer profiling
  • Responsible for engagement and development of KOL/KBL customers
  • Develop team through various trainings on brand development and therapy initiatives
  • Responsible for generating business from KOL & KBL customers

Acute:

• 1 to 4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in any General /Acute segment

  • Achieve the Sales targets by brand marketing against the plan for the year
  • Monitor business details thereby planning the sales achievement
  • Develop and continuously enhance In-clinic Effectiveness to drive better results and increase prescriptions
  • Manage customer relationships for continued engagement of Key support customers

Location : Bangalore

Eligibility Criteria :

• Preference for Science Graduates
• Relevant experience in Pharmaceutical sales
• Preferred age less than 36 years
• Good communication skills
• Worked for less than 4 companies
