Job Description

Walk-in Drive on 15th June 2023 for QC Invitro & Production

Biological E. Limited invites dynamic and self-motivated candidates with 0 to 4 years of experience for the below positions at its Vaccine Business, Shamirpet, Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities

QC – Invitro Testing Executive
  • To perform biochemical and immunological testing of the JEV vaccine and its intermediate samples in JE Quality control.
  • Molecular techniques such as SDS: PAGE, Western Blot, Slot blot, PCR, and ELISA are preferred.
  • Biochemical analysis such as protein content, sodium metabisulphate testing, and HPLC is expected.
  • Sample management receipt of in-process samples, final bulk and final lot samples, distribution, and sample storage at appropriate storage conditions.
Production – Jr. Executive/Executive:
  • Operation of Autoclave
  • Operation TFF system
  • Operation of Integrity Machine
  • Good knowledge of cGMP.
  • Hands-on experience in handling Fermentor and Westphalia. Exposure to GMP documentation.
  • Upstream /Downstream activities
  • Hands-on experience in handling fermentor and Westphalia. Exposure to GMP documentation.
  • Hands-on experience in handling TFF system and Akta process systems. Exposure to GMP documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

QC – Invitro Testing / Production – Upstream and Downstream Process.

Qualification: MS/M.Sc(Science) in Biotechnology, Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology
