Job Description

Main Purpose of Role:

Responsible for coordinating and executing activities involving the analysis of business opportunities both in the domestic and foreign markets, aiming at achieving the financial and marketing goals established by the company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver results as per organization objectives
• Build a sustainable environment for growth & performance
• Study of market potential, and market share to plan zonal objectives & allocate targets & budgets accordingly to the team members
• Incentive planning & facilitating and motivating the team to earn incentive
• Emphasizing field activities in terms of doctor coverage, repeat coverage, and doctor & chemist call average & thereby driving 100 % field compliance in zone
• Strong KOL / internal stakeholder management
• Strong in driving execution and compliance
• Effective follow-up and review mechanisms to ensure execution/ achievement and avoid derailments.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including computer skills- MS Office and email
• Proactive approach for actionable & contingency management
• Identifying people’s development areas and working on them.

Experience:

Experience • 2+ years of experience as a first-line manager in the same therapy Required

Qualification • B.Sc. / B.Pharma. • Postgraduate / Graduate from any other background

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidate with prior/current experience in the same therapy.
• Candidates from MNCs and Top Indian pharma companies will have added advantage
