Job Description

Job Purpose

Achieve defined business targets by managing a team of 5-6 Regional Business Managers with an overall responsibility to generate approximately Rs 18 – 20 crore business annually for India Business within the assigned therapy area and geography

Therapy: Critical Care

Accountabilities

  • Responsible for business achievement for respective therapy area to achieve budget through team
  • Manage external customers to ensure business development through support generally aiming at developing and implementing business growth opportunities
  • Ensure the right hiring and learning and recognition through different interventions for the teams to drive high performance and meet targets
  • Control & monitor team performance towards compliance and ethical working by engaging the team and tracking their performance
  • Ensuring planning, monitoring, and reviews of team performance and aligning their individual objectives to organization objectives to overall raising their performance as per expectation
Education Qualification

B.SC / B.Pharm.

Relevant Work Experience
  • Experience in Critical care is a must
  • Should have experience as a 3rd line manager for a minimum of 3 yrs
  • Should have a thorough knowledge of geography

Geography: West Zone

Internal
  • Distribution for ensuring the timely movement of products
  • Sales HRBPs for all employee life cycle-related issues
  • Zonal Finance team for profitability, operational issues, returns, etc.
  • Marketing team to drive brand strategies for therapies
External
  • KOLs/KBLs to influence the prescriptions
  • Stockists to ensure the movement of products

Decisions

  • Defined Budget approval for BTL sales activation
  • Decisions on zonal level sales strategy (e.g. key hospitals to be focussed on)

  • Managerial or People Management skills

  • Communication: Ability to listen, interpret, and simplify complex concepts, thoughts & ideas in verbal/non-verbal form.
  • Good analytical skills
