We are hiring a “Zonal Business Manager”/Regional Sales Manager. He will be Responsible for the assigned team ABM for ensuring smooth working in the field, building relations with the doctors, implementing strategies, and building brands to ensure budget achievement.
- Achieving assigned Zone sales target
- Support team to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly target
- Achieve Brand & Product wise target
- Guide team in conducting Marketing initiatives and activities
- Driving Sales Management processes through ABMs.
- Study of Market potential, Market Share to plan Zonal objectives & allocate Targets & budgets accordingly in the Zone.
- Incentive planning & facilitating and motivating the team to earn incentive
- Emphasizing on Field Activities in terms of Doctor Coverage, Repeat Coverage, and Doctor & Chemist Call Average & thereby driving 100 % field compliance in Zone.
- Development of Weak region.
- Development of team (RBM, ABM, Reps.)
- To share unique practices of the industry and customized strategic input to the Marketing team in Designing Marketing campaigns & strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven work experience in Mumbai and should be residing there.
- Experience managing a high-performance sales team
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
