Contribute to the completion of complex projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets, and develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team.
Partner with the site training and functional teams to effectively design, develop and implement learning aseptic programs supporting business goals and site strategies.
Ensure all colleagues and contingent workers are qualified to perform their Good Manufacturing Practices {also cGMP} responsibilities in the respective functional areas.
Manage and perform routine data entry and data verification for systems.
Execute any other related work assigned by the team.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Master’s Degree in Sciences/ Pharmacy
7+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
Experience developing, delivering, and assessing classroom, computer-based, and competency-based functional training
Strong facilitation skills as well as instructional systems design experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to build and maintain working partnerships with all levels of the organization
Proven ability to lead complex projects to successful outcomes
Proactive and effective communication within and across shifts
Excellent computer skills including experience with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
Knowledgeable of current trends in training and organization development theory
